Community and Professional Information. Your community affiliation (Purohita, Banasiga, or other traditional worker category), profession, place of work, years of service, and details relevant to welfare scheme eligibility.

Identity and Scheme Information. Aadhaar-linked details, e-Shram or Yashaswini card numbers, income and family details, and other identity or eligibility information required to facilitate a specific government scheme, provided strictly on a need basis and with your consent.

Membership and Contribution Information. Membership registration details, contribution history, and records required for accounting purposes.

Website and Technical Information. IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, pages visited, time spent, form activity, cookie identifiers, approximate location, and analytics events.

Communication Records. Emails, support requests, call notes, WhatsApp messages, meeting notes, and correspondence with our regional wings.

Process membership applications; facilitate government welfare scheme and identity card applications; communicate scheme updates and renewal reminders; coordinate legal aid, scholarships, and skill training; run targeted community awareness campaigns to reach eligible Purohitas, Banasigas, and traditional workers; process voluntary donations and issue receipts; provide support; analyse website performance; prevent fraud or misuse; maintain accounting and legal compliance records; and enforce our Terms of Use.

To facilitate a government welfare scheme, we may be required to submit your information to the relevant government department or portal, such as the e-Shram or Yashaswini platforms, on your instruction and with your consent. Once submitted to a government authority, that authority's own privacy practices will govern further use of your information.

We share information with trusted service providers involved in hosting, cloud storage, CRM, communication tools such as email and WhatsApp, advertising and analytics platforms, payment processing for voluntary donations, and our empanelled hospitals for medical card facilitation. We may also disclose information with your authorisation, to comply with law or legal process, to protect rights, safety, or security, or to investigate fraud or misuse. We do not sell personal information.

8. Advertising and Analytics

We use analytics tools, advertising pixels, and similar technologies, including third-party pixels such as Meta and Google, to understand website activity, measure the effectiveness of our community awareness campaigns, and deliver relevant information to eligible traditional workers. Third-party platforms process information according to their own policies.
