ABAPKF is a federation that facilitates welfare scheme access, legal aid, and community support for Purohitas, Banasigas, and traditional workers. Facilitation involves administrative processing, coordination with government departments, and ongoing support. For this reason, membership fees and voluntary donations are non-refundable once paid, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable: membership registration fees, voluntary donations, administrative fees for scheme facilitation, document processing fees, medical camp or event registration fees, legal aid consultation fees, and any statutory or third-party charges already remitted on the member's behalf.

3. Automatic Renewal

Where membership involves periodic renewal, benefits continue automatically until valid cancellation notice is completed in accordance with our Terms of Use.

4. Cancellation Notice

Members must provide at least 30 days' written notice to abapkf.org361@gmail.com to cancel membership. The notice should include the member's name, membership details, contact information, requested cancellation date, and reason for cancellation.

5. Effective Cancellation Date

Cancellation applies after the full notice period and settlement of any outstanding dues. A notice submitted after a renewal date does not reverse a renewal already processed.

6. No Partial Refunds

There are no partial, prorated, or unused-benefit refunds for mid-period cancellation, unused facilitation capacity, reduced member participation, member delay, unused scheme benefits, paused applications, lack of approvals or documents from the member, change in eligibility, dissatisfaction with a government department's decision, or rejection or delay by a government portal or authority.

7. Member-Caused Delay

Where a welfare scheme application is delayed because the member does not provide information, documents, approvals, or payment, administrative fees remain payable, contributions remain non-refundable, and additional charges may apply for resubmission or rescheduling.

8. Government and Statutory Charges

Statutory fees, stamp duty, or charges levied directly by government departments or portals are paid separately by the member and are non-refundable by ABAPKF. Refunds, disputes, or adjustments relating to such charges are governed by the relevant government authority.

9. Third-Party Costs

Third-party costs such as document printing, notarisation, courier, or medical camp logistics are non-refundable once incurred, committed, or consumed.

10. Membership Suspension

Failure to pay dues, unlawful conduct, submission of fraudulent documents, abusive communication, or material breach of our Terms of Use may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund.

11. Chargebacks

Members must contact abapkf.org361@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback on any payment made to ABAPKF. An unjustified chargeback may lead to suspension of membership, recovery action, and liability for associated costs.

12. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy excludes any remedy or right that cannot legally be excluded. Any legally required refund will be assessed based on the specific facts, services facilitated, costs incurred, and applicable law.
