These Terms of Use govern your access to the ABAPKF website and your participation in membership, welfare scheme facilitation, and related services provided by Akhila Bharatha Asanghatitha Purohitha Karmika Federation (ABAPKF), a federation based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using the website, submitting an enquiry, applying for membership, making a voluntary donation, or authorising ABAPKF to act on your behalf for any welfare scheme application, you agree to these Terms. If a signed membership form, undertaking, or written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed document prevails for that specific matter.
You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into an agreement, that you genuinely belong to the Purohita, Banasiga, or traditional worker community for which you are registering, that information supplied by you is accurate and current, and that your documents, declarations, and supporting materials comply with applicable law.
ABAPKF facilitates awareness, guidance, documentation support, and application assistance for government welfare schemes, including e-Shram cards, Yashaswini and Vaidya Bandhu healthcare cards, labour cards, and related benefits, along with legal aid, scholarship facilitation, and skill training coordination through its regional wings. ABAPKF is a facilitator only. ABAPKF is not a government department or issuing authority and does not guarantee the approval, issuance, or timeline of any government document, card, scheme benefit, or subsidy. Final decisions rest solely with the relevant government departments and authorities.
ABAPKF manages agreed facilitation activities on the member's behalf. The member remains responsible for the accuracy of personal, professional, and identity information supplied, for meeting scheme eligibility criteria set by government authorities, for cooperating with document verification, for lawful conduct, and for final decisions relating to acceptance of any scheme benefit offered.
Membership registration fees and voluntary donations to ABAPKF are payable as published on our website or communicated during enrollment. ABAPKF may revise membership fees or contribution structures for future enrollments by providing reasonable notice. Existing signed membership commitments remain subject to their agreed terms at the time of registration.
Membership benefits continue for the period stated at the time of registration and may require renewal to remain active. The member authorises ABAPKF to communicate renewal reminders through the contact details supplied at registration. Failure to renew does not entitle a member to a refund of amounts already contributed.
A member wishing to cancel their membership must provide written notice to abapkf.org361@gmail.com. Cancellation becomes effective once written notice is received and any outstanding dues are settled. Cancellation does not reverse contributions already made or applications already submitted on the member's behalf.
Membership and administrative fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late or unpaid dues may result in paused facilitation services, withheld application support, or suspension of membership benefits until dues are settled.
Where applicable, membership fees and administrative charges may be subject to applicable taxes under Indian law. The member must provide accurate billing and identity information required for record keeping and compliance.
Any statutory fees, stamp duty, document charges, or costs levied directly by government departments or portals in connection with a welfare scheme application are the responsibility of the member and are separate from ABAPKF's administrative fees. ABAPKF is not responsible for charges levied by, or refunds owed by, any government department or portal.
Third-party costs such as document printing, notarisation, courier, or travel incurred in connection with a scheme application are the member's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Such costs, once incurred, are non-refundable by ABAPKF.
Members must provide timely and accurate information, documents, and approvals, respond to requests from ABAPKF or the relevant government department, keep their contact details current, cooperate with verification processes, follow the guidance of ABAPKF's regional wings, submit only lawful and genuine documents, and notify ABAPKF promptly of any change in eligibility, address, or circumstances.
Processing of welfare scheme applications depends on timely member cooperation, document availability, and the review timelines of government departments and portals, which are entirely outside ABAPKF's control. Delay caused by the member or by a government authority may extend processing timelines and does not create any liability for ABAPKF.
The member is responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of personal details, eligibility declarations, and supporting documents submitted through ABAPKF for any scheme application. Approval may be given in person, in writing, by email, or through other agreed channels. Once submitted to a government portal, changes may require additional time or resubmission.
Government departments, portals such as the e-Shram and Yashaswini platforms, hospitals under our medical camp arrangements, and other third-party bodies control their own approval processes, eligibility criteria, processing timelines, policies, and availability. ABAPKF does not control and is not liable for rejection, delay, suspension, portal outage, policy change, or any decision made by such third parties.
Outcomes of welfare scheme applications depend on factors including eligibility criteria set by government authorities, availability of scheme funds, documentation completeness, and government processing capacity. ABAPKF does not guarantee approval, issuance, disbursement, or timelines for any government card, scheme benefit, or subsidy. Any estimate, example, or discussion of typical timelines is illustrative only and not a promise.
ABAPKF may provide translation, form-filling, and communication assistance to help members understand and complete scheme applications. Such assistance is provided in good faith and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and members should verify critical information directly with the relevant government department where in doubt.
Member Materials. The member retains ownership of documents and materials supplied and grants ABAPKF a licence to use them solely for facilitation purposes. The member confirms they have the right to supply all such materials.
ABAPKF Materials. ABAPKF retains all rights to its name, logo, frameworks, training materials, wing structures, and internal processes. No ownership transfers to a member for any materials created by ABAPKF.
Unless a member objects in writing, ABAPKF may reference approved, non-confidential success stories, testimonials, and general outcomes in its awareness campaigns and community outreach materials. Sensitive personal, medical, or financial information will not be disclosed without the member's specific consent.
Each party must take reasonable steps to protect non-public personal, medical, financial, and identity information received from the other party. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already publicly available without breach, was already lawfully known, or must be disclosed by law or to a government authority for scheme processing.
ABAPKF processes member information in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Members are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit. Additional consent may be required for specific government portals as part of the application process.
Where members provide identity documents or access to personal accounts for scheme facilitation, ABAPKF will handle such information using reasonable safeguards. Members remain responsible for protecting their own government portal credentials, Aadhaar-linked details, and personal devices.
Support is provided through the channels stated on our website or communicated during enrollment. General enquiries and support: abapkf.org361@gmail.com. Support does not include guaranteed scheme approval, expedited government processing, or work outside the agreed facilitation scope.
Assistance is limited to the scheme, benefit, or matter for which a member has registered. A request for a new scheme, additional benefit, or matter not covered at registration may be treated as additional scope and may require a fresh registration, additional administrative fee, or revised timeline.
ABAPKF may suspend or terminate a membership for non-payment of dues, submission of fraudulent or unlawful documents, abusive conduct toward staff or volunteers, misrepresentation of eligibility, or material breach of these Terms. Amounts already contributed remain non-refundable except where required by law.
All membership fees and voluntary donations are non-refundable once processed, including where a member changes their mind, becomes ineligible after registration, delays providing documents, does not respond to requests, disagrees with a government department's decision, or cancels membership during an active period. This clause does not limit any right that cannot lawfully be excluded. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for further detail.
A member must first raise a billing concern with abapkf.org361@gmail.com and allow a reasonable opportunity for review before initiating any banking dispute or chargeback. An unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of membership and recovery of related costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABAPKF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, and is not liable for the decisions, delays, outages, or policy changes of any government department, portal, hospital, or other third party. ABAPKF's total aggregate liability relating to any claim will not exceed the administrative fees actually paid by the member to ABAPKF for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
The member agrees to indemnify and hold ABAPKF harmless from claims, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from false or misleading information supplied by the member, fraudulent documents, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights in materials supplied by the member, or breach of these Terms.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil disturbance, government action, internet or portal failure, cyberattack, epidemic, or other event outside the party's reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ABAPKF's services.
Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith written communication. Escalations must be sent to abapkf.org361@gmail.com with relevant facts and supporting documents. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent legal relief where necessary.
ABAPKF may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, or operations. Updated Terms apply from the stated effective date, subject to existing signed membership agreements.
